Who am I?
What is Coaching?
It makes you think
What can I do for you?

Who am I,
                  where am I going,
                                                   what am I doing?

These may be questions you've asked of yourself over time; I know I certainly have.  In fact it's because of these and my responses that I'm here with you today.

Some years ago I was a working Mum with two youngsters under five years who, with no time for life, simply endured the cold wet days and then sat miserably every evening in front of the fire waiting for something to happen; waiting for the darkness to go and the sun to shine.  One such evening I picked up a newspaper and there was an article about Christopher Reeve.  'So what', I thought, he's the actor who played Superman, 'he's got it all'.  He had - complete paralysis from the neck downwards due to a horseriding accident, yet he still continued to make a difference working hard to raise awareness about spinal cord injury and to make life better for himself and for others.  I started to think hard about what I could do; about what I wanted to do and where I wanted to be.  I'm no Superman but I am Me and there's lots I can do and want to do.

Today I'm pleased I went to University; studying part time whilst working and completing assignments whilst the children slept. I'm pleased that I continued studying for my life coaching diploma; I'm very happy that I'm looking forward to a life in the sun with my family. No more sitting around waiting for that big lottery win for us; simply by making a few small changes we have now bought our dream home abroad and we will be living our dream.

I'll be happy to help you lighten your load and bring more sunshine into your life too.  If there is something in your life you are not entirely happy with in your home life or at work or there is something you would like to change; even if you are not sure what it is you want to change, get in touch for a free consultation today.

Be pleased that you have made a start; this in itself is a major step forward of which you can be rightly proud.  Continue making those small changes which will make such a positive difference for YOU.

'Cheers, thanks for all the encouragement to further myself'

'Karen, thanks for everything.  You have such a positive outlook and help me do the things I want to do'.  T.W Carcroft, S Yorks.

Life can be so much more fun!
